I mean, let’s be honest: Getting millions of views and having thousands of people being obsessed with your model-like body sounds like a dream… 

Back then, I couldn’t imagine feeling happy and proud without the need to pretend that you are somebody else. Not to mention the hundreds of fans loving you just for being the way you are. Naturally perfect. 

And when they say it took just “8 months of working out” or some other crazy-low time to look the way they do now, it always made me jealous. I was always thinking “How can they look good so effortlessly?”.

It seems impossible, right?

You are probably having very similar thoughts as me back then. And I understand. Trying and failing no matter how badly you want it can be very demotivating. Looking as good as them so easily seems impossible…  

But actually, it’s not impossible at all. The reason you keep failing is because you don’t have anyone to turn to at the hardest moments. Without anyone to guide you, you always end up slacking or skipping gym, and letting the urge to binge eat take over.

With the workout plan, you'll get the exact tools I used to sculpt my body. (Don't worry, there are versions for both men and women). These workouts are designed to tone your body, help you lose weight, and become more muscular.

The more valuable option is to be personally coached by me. This choice is only available if there are open spots.

Assessment

As soon as you apply for the coaching, I’ll shoot you an email with all the details. First, we’ll evaluate your current health and fitness levels. I’ll analyze your situation and tell you exactly what you need to reach your goals.

Strategy

Then, we’ll dig a little deeper into your weaknesses and start to strategize the baby steps you’ll begin taking to start making real progress. I believe in tiny changes, big results: and I’m not putting you on a UFC training camp program or Beyoncé lemon water diet, this is all about real food, real workouts, real results.

Accountability

Next, we set up follow-up appointments and check-ins, so you don’t have to worry about anything but the very next step I give you to do. Research shows that simple accountability is all it takes to implement lifestyle changes. We’ll talk through problems, dissect your food journal, and move forward little by little with confidence (and rockin’ body, because let’s be honest, progress WILL come).

Results

Week by week, you’ll notice your body starting to look incredible. Looking at the mirror will make you feel proud and happy. Others will start commenting on your new, toned and athletic look as well. You’ll feel more energetic, and 987% more confident!
